Only you are granted limited rights, only for the purposes of education, and learning of materials and content taught or contained within our services. Disclosure of content linked or similar that is within our services that we provide is not allowed, even after you have stopped utilizing our services. Failure todo so may lead to lawsuits or a claim amount up to SGD$20,000. Publishing or sharing any materials and or contents that are within Homerun Trading’s services in any other media; Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any material and content from Homerun Trading; Publicly performing and/or showing any material and content from Homerun Trading’s Services; Using the content and materials in any way that is or may be damaging to Homerun Trading & Founder, Douglas Tan Han Wei, and/or any of its officers and employees or partners; Using the content and materials contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to Homerun Trading & Owner, Douglas Tan Han Wei or to any person or business entity; Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to Homerun Trading & Owner,Douglas Tan Han Wei; Using the content and materials to engage in any self-advertising or marketing.

4.Your Content/Limitation of Liability/No Warranties/Indemnification
In these Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, videotext, images or other materials taken from you using our services by Homerun Trading & Owner, Douglas Tan Han Wei. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, Homerun Trading & Owner,Douglas Tan Han Wei reserves the right to use any of your Content at anytime without notice. The services are provided “as is,” with all faults, and express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to Homerun Trading or the materials or content contained in our services. Also, nothing contained in our services shall be interpreted as advising you. In no event shall Homerun Trading & Owner, Douglas Tan Han Wei, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of content from our services. Whether such liability is under contract Homerun Trading & Owner, Douglas Tan Han Wei, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of content from our services. You are held responsible for any usage of content. Homerun Trading & Founder, Douglas Tan Han Wei, will not be held liable for any loss of capital and/or compensatory damages. 5.Variation of Terms/Entire Agreement/Grounds for Termination and Refund Policy
Homerun Trading & Founder, Douglas Tan Han Wei is permitted to revise these Terms at anytime as it sees fit, and by utilizing our services and agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to anymore of revised terms and conditions and/ or disclaimer/ in the future.These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Homerun Trading & Founder, Douglas Tan Han Wei and you in relation to your use of any content from our services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Termination of our services provided can be done by any both parties at anytime. However, for those who have chosen to pay by a monthly plan for any of our services. The payments still have to continue up to the full sum that was agreed upon. The sum of all our services are not refundable at any cost. Failure to do so may lead into a lawsuit or a claim amount up to SGD$5200. However, it is ultimately decided by Homerun Trading & Founder, Douglas Tan Han Wei.
